For Workforce Development Organizations & Career Centers:

How much does Hardly cost for workforce development organizations and career centers?

We price based on your needs! Annual subscriptions range from $1000-$7000. This is based on:

  • • the number of job seekers you serve
  • the number of mentors, staff, and admins
  • if you choose to include scheduling, event hosting, and messaging
Do you offer annual or monthly payment options?

Annual plans receive a 5% discount. Monthly plans are also available.

Note: if you choose to purchase a customization, that is billed as a one-time fee when work begins. See the available customizations in the next FAQ below.

What can be customized for my organization?

Hardly puts your logo front-and-center so you can maintain your branding. In addition to this, Hardly offers plenty of customizations for organizations.

  • • Custom Integrations with CRM
  • • Custom Resume Templates & Cover Letter Templates
  • • Custom Assessments
  • • Custom Tools – price varies with complexity of request

All of these are billed as one-time fees once work begins.

I don't need scheduling, virtual events, or messaging. Can I still use Hardly?

Of course! Several features of Hardly are optional. If you do not need scheduling, virtual events/meetings, or messaging, those can be excluded from your subscription.

How do I set up my organization's Hardly account?

You can create a free individual account here. This will give you access to basic features and limited access to Hardly’s AI tools.

If you want to make a trial account for your organization, email allison@hardly-work.com and we’ll get your account set up within 24 hours. During your organization’s trial, you can invite coworkers and job seekers to test out Hardly with you.

You can also fill out this form to request a free trial for your organization.

Do you offer staff onboarding or workshops?

Yes, we do! We can do a zoom session with your staff. If you are within a few hours drive of Pittsburgh, PA, we’ll even drive to you for your onboarding if you wish.

With every organization subscription, we offer 2 free workshops per year on resume writing with AI. This can be offered to your job seekers or as an information session for your staff.

If you would like to see a preview of what we cover in staff onboarding, email allison@hardly-work.com to request a recording.

You can also join our monthly staff training by registering for one of our upcoming workshops here.

How do I contact customer support?

If you already have a Hardly account, go to the messenger. You’ll see a message from Allison Braund-Harris and Roger Harris. Send us your question and we’ll get back to you with an answer within a few hours.

If you do not have a Hardly account, email allison@hardly-work.com.

Does Hardly provide career coaches?

Most organizations provide their own coaches/case managers. However, if you need extra support, Hardly has coaches that can be brought in to support you. Prices for these coaches start at $100/hr.

How are job seekers added to my organization?

It depends on your organization’s needs. If your job seekers come to you randomly, then adding them one-by-one may be the best option. Coaches and admins can do this by clicking “add new client” on their dashboard or client list. See tutorial below.

If your job seekers come to you in large bursts, you can send a .csv file to roger@hardly-work.com. Make sure to include first name, last name, email address, and the job seeker’s coach/case manager. Soon, you’ll be able to upload a bulk client list yourself.

If you host workshops where job seekers are added in large groups, we suggest using an organization code. See tutorial below:

How do I add new coaches/ case managers to my organization?

Only admin can add coaches. Add them like you would add a new job seeker. After they’ve been added as a job seeker, go to your member list. Select their name and under “permissions” change their status to “coach” and/or “admin.”

How do I remove people from my organization's Hardly account? What happens when I do?

Only admins can remove people from your organization’s Hardly account. Go to the member list, select the user’s name, and press the red button that says “Remove [user name] from network”

When you remove a user from your organization, their Hardly account will be downgraded to a free account. Next time they log in, they’ll select 1 resume to keep and they will be limited with the amount of AI enhancements and other features.

What happens if a job seeker is a part of two different organizations at once?

They can easily switch back and forth between organizations in their account menu in the top right.

How do I organize job seekers by tag?

You can quickly sort and filter job seekers by adding custom tags. See video below.

I call my job seekers something different. How do I change user designations?

It’s easy for admins to change user designations. Currently, options include job seeker (default), client, customer, student, participant, and user. If you want another option, message us and we’ll quickly add it for you.

How do I use the Hardly Chrome Extension for job tracking?
